A medicine ball

Instructions:

• Lie flat on your back

• Hold the medicine ball between calves and thigh

• Grasp the ball tightly with your legs

• Raise your knees towards the chest

• Press the abdominal muscles with this position

• Keep your palms flat on the floor for stability

• Hold the position for 10 counts and repeat for 5 times for beginners.

Side Plank

Instructions:

• Rest on your left side keeping the knees straight

• Push yourself up with left forearm

• The elbow must be below the shoulder

• Repeat for 3-4 times on one side.

• Do the same position for right side.

Skipping rope

Instructions:

• Jump with the feet lifting few inches from ground as the rope passes

Bicycle crunch

Instructions:

• Lie flat on back

• Keep the palms below your head and raise the legs at 90 degrees

Thigh crunch lift

Instructions:

Lie on your back with outstretched legs and spread them wide apart
